Refund Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

At Lueur Luxury Boutique, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We carefully select pieces designed for durability and everyday wear, and we are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against eligible manufacturing defects and abnormal tarnishing. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers:

​

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Unusual or excessive tarnishing under normal wear and proper care

  • Faulty clasps, chain defects, or structural issues resulting from manufacturing defects

  • Defects that affect the functionality or wearability of the jewelry piece

If a defect is determined to be covered under warranty, Lueur Luxury Boutique may, at our discretion:

​

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item with the same piece (subject to availability)

  • Replace with a comparable item of equal value

  • Issue store credit if replacement is unavailable

 

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please contact us at info@lueurlife.com with the following information:

​

  • Full name and order number

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or confirmation email)

  • Clear photos and/or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

  • Any additional information requested for verification purposes

 

Incomplete submissions may delay claim processing.

 

Please do not send products back until return instructions have been provided.

 

Warranty Exclusions

 

This limited warranty does not cover:

 

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from everyday use

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Broken chains caused by pulling, snagging, or accidental force

  • Damage caused by improper storage or care

  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, hair products, cleaning products, chlorine, or harsh substances

  • Water damage caused by improper use beyond intended wear recommendations

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or neglect

  • Damage resulting from sports, exercise, heavy activity, or physical impact

  • Natural fading or finish changes due to regular wear over time

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications

Please note that individual skin chemistry, pH levels, and environmental exposure can affect jewelry over time and are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

Claim Review Process

 

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Lueur Luxury Boutique. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

Lueur Luxury Boutique reserves the right to determine whether damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear and use.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty requirements.
