This warranty covers:

Faulty clasps, chain defects, or structural issues caused by manufacturing
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
A clear photo or video showing the defect or tarnishing
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
Any additional verification if requested
Please note this warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper care, misuse, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water exposure, or storage conditions
Scratches, accidental damage, breakage, or lost items
Natural fading from excessive exposure to moisture or harsh environments
Approved warranty claims may be repaired, replaced, or issued store credit at our discretion, depending on product availability.
